Automate Your Merchant Intake.
Receive 100% Pre-Vetted Deal Flowfor a deal fee of 80–125 EUR, scaled to merchant size, only if you accept the application
Stop wasting underwriter hours reviewing non-starter deals, restricted industries, and incomplete KYB applications. Payments Marketplace filters merchant traffic against your custom risk rulebook before applications ever reach your underwriters.
Transforming Traditional Underwriting Bottlenecks
Manual merchant intake causes backlogs and lost revenue. Payments Marketplace standardises pre-vetting for instant alignment.

Automated Deal QualificationHow Payments Marketplace Works for Payment Providers
Four simple steps to streamline your underwriting intake and receive pre-vetted merchant deals.
Publish Acceptance Guidelines
Set up your risk profile via the Provider Portal or API. Configure supported incorporation countries, settlement currencies, volume thresholds, and industry stances (Accept, Restricted, Prohibited).
Automated Anonymised Matching
When a merchant completes a pre-flight check, our engine evaluates their profile metrics against your live parameters instantly without exposing identity.
Receive Qualified Deal Invites
Merchants with high eligibility match receive a custom pre-vet score and an invitation to apply to your gateway. Non-qualifying traffic is filtered out automatically.
Fast-Track Boarding & Application Intake
Access ready-to-board merchant files complete with pre-verified website compliance policies, volume statements, and KYB document checklists for rapid underwriting sign-off.
Complete Control Over Your Underwriting Criteria
Granular parameters allow you to fine-tune your deal flow and update risk appetites in real time.
Publish Real-Time Vertical Guidelines
Whether you focus on low-risk e-commerce, B2B SaaS, travel, nutra, CBD, licensed gaming/forex, or high-risk sectors, define exact vertical appetites so merchants know your criteria before applying.
Custom Country & Volume Rules
Define exact geographic boarding permissions across US, UK, EEA, LATAM, APAC, and Offshore jurisdictions. Filter deals by minimum monthly volume thresholds to match your target merchant tier.
One Deal Fee, Scaled to Merchant Size
You pay only when you accept a deal — rejected and returned applications cost nothing. The fee is fixed by the Merchant's declared monthly processing volume, so bigger opportunities carry the fee, not the browsing.
| Merchant monthly volume (EUR equivalent) | Deal fee per accepted deal |
|---|---|
| 0 – 5,000 | 80 EUR |
| 5,000 – 25,000 | 95 EUR |
| 25,000 – 100,000 | 110 EUR |
| 100,000+ | 125 EUR |
Declared volumes are converted from the Merchant's settlement currency at indicative rates, so a band means the same size of business whatever the currency. No subscriptions, no minimums, no per-application charges — a deal you don't take is always free.
Everything in the Portal, Available Over JSON
The provider portal is designed to be worked by a human — charts that show where your deal flow is coming from, a desk that puts the decision and its evidence on one screen. It is not the only way in. The same deal onboarding capabilities are exposed as a JSON API suite, so Payments Marketplace can run inside the case management and CRM systems your underwriting team already uses.
Your platform. Your brand. Powered by the Payments Marketplace Engine.
Embed the Payments Marketplace Engine natively into your platform, portals, and workflows via our comprehensive API suite. Deliver a seamless, fully branded onboarding journey under your own domain.
Ingest Deals and Push Decisions Directly in Your Stack
Automate your deal queue, ingest verified merchant data directly into your underwriting CRM, and dispatch decisions programmatically. Signed webhooks notify your endpoints the moment matched deals arrive or resubmissions occur.

Frequently Asked Questions for Payment Providers
Common questions about publishing parameters, confidentiality, and integration.
Your risk parameters are stored securely and processed programmatically inside our pre-vetting calculation engine. Your full rulebook is never displayed publicly or shared with competitors. Merchants only see an anonymised match score and eligibility recommendation based on their metrics.
Changes take effect immediately. As soon as you update a country toggle, volume minimum, or industry stance in the Provider Portal, all subsequent merchant pre-flight checks are evaluated against your updated rulebook in real time.
That is exactly what the JSON API suite is being built for — see the integration section above. It will let you sync acceptance parameters directly from your risk management engine and push pre-vetted deal packages straight into your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or a custom onboarding portal), with signed webhooks so nothing has to be polled. It is in development rather than live today; providers work deals through the Provider Portal in the meantime.
The suite is being built to cover deal onboarding end to end, so anything your team can do on the deals desk can be done from your own systems: list and filter your queue, read the anonymised merchant profile and the verified website scan, accept, decline or return a deal with a note, publish or pause your acceptance criteria, and pull the deal fee ledger to reconcile against your accounts payable. Authentication is a per-account bearer key scoped to your own data, and the same ownership and anonymity rules apply — a merchant's identity is released by the accept call and never before it.
It is not callable yet, and we are not putting a date on it here rather than give you one we might miss. When it ships, the full reference and a sandbox with test keys publish inside your provider account, and there is a placeholder page there now setting out the shape. The portal is not going anywhere either — the API is an option alongside it, not a migration you will be asked to make.
Payments Marketplace operates on a transparent, performance-aligned fee model for pre-qualified merchant introductions: a deal fee of 80–125 EUR per accepted deal, scaled on the merchant's EUR-equivalent monthly volume — see the pricing table above. Deals you reject or return cost nothing. Payments Marketplace is 100% free for merchants, with zero hidden markups or transaction fees added to the merchant's processing rate.
